A guided memoir and journal
Come home to yourself. You never had to earn love.
Hello, It’s Me: Surviving Through Caregiving is for the woman who learned to carry everything. Read one honest story, then write your own, one short chapter at a time.
- 7 short chapters
- Reflection Points after each one
- Journal pages inside
- Paperback and Kindle
Sound familiar?
You take care of everyone. Who takes care of you?
- You say yes before you think.
- You feel guilty when you rest.
- You were the strong one, even as a child.
- You ask everyone how they are. Few people ask you.
Maybe the question is: Why do I believe I have to earn love in the first place?
From Chapter 2, The Caretaker Curse
Why it works

Questions
Before you start
Do I need journaling experience?
No. Every question is written for you. Pick one that speaks to you. You don’t have to answer them all.
How long does it take?
It is a short book. Many readers can finish in about an hour, or you can read one chapter at a time.
Is this therapy?
No. It is a memoir and a guided journal, not a replacement for professional care. If you need support now, the numbers are at the bottom of this page.
Who is it for?
Any woman who learned to carry everything: the caregiver, the fixer, the strong one, and anyone who still feels she has to earn love by giving.
Kindle or paperback?
The paperback is best if you want to write in the journal pages. On Kindle, keep a notebook beside you for the questions.
Can I read it with my book club?
Yes. It is short enough for one or two evenings, and the free book club guide has the questions ready.
Is it faith-based?
It isn’t a religious book. It’s a spiritual, growth-centered memoir about healing and creating your life on purpose. Readers of every faith, or none, are welcome.
